One of my favorite things to do is to set up “industry familiarization trips” for new executives at the manufacturers I get to work with. I’ll typically take a newbie out and visit a few shelters to get them acquainted to our industry and dispel any preconceived notions they may have.

Dear Friends, At the risk of dating myself, I’ve been actively involved in SAWA for a lot of years. I recall quite vividly the first Annual Conference where attendance exceeded 100 people! We thought that was as good as it could get.
